Returns & Exchanges

At Two Frogs, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible so you can get back to styling your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
